Whoa!nearly a yr since an update

Journal Entry: Sun Jul 15, 2007, 4:47 PM
can't believe it's been nearly a year..but I have a good reason. It's been a busy year.Had to Make sure I got into third year and I did so yahey.Things are building up for when I leave uni..not only have I had interests from fellow animators on ideas I have had but also been invited into helping set up a company...oo la la fablous.wonder how many people will join it from uni at the end of yr 3...we'll ahve to wait and see.probably be a while until my next update..what with a 10,000 word dissertation and a third year film but I'll try to update whenever I get the chance. Will also post clips from my second year film and work too soon.

uni is so damn expensive

trying to sort out my loans....my dad earnt a lot less so i'll probably get a grant which is gd because with loans you have to pay it back.i'm already 3,000 quid in debt for this years loans *sighes* been busy looking at what i need for next year. my desk and chair are broke so got to get new ones.then there are the programs: script writer, photoshop illustrator, photoshop elements, etc. gonna get a dictophone thingie as well so i can record the lectures and play it back when writing essays cause it was so hard trying to remember shit. erm then i got to sit down and work out how much it is going to cost to get the train every day for a year so i can take it out my grant/loan/whatever.
also been talking to my mate richard. he says he won't be doing animation next year probably.he is going to take up fine art or go to some other place. he wants to start his band up you see and with animation he doesn't really get time.plus he says he wants to party and animation is a bit geeky. as for me, i love geeky and can do it to a tee :) if animation makes you geeky then go ahead and call em geeky and just forget those deep meaningful song lyrics i wrote ;) lol
on the plus side, the photoshop tutorials are going very well. i am slowly learning how to create shit like water and trees in it as well as different textures, etc.hopefully i'll be alright when we go back to lessons on the 18th sept..though enrollment is the week before for second years. oh and decended i want to do a tv series with nothing but songs in them. get a few musicians and singers together and write music for my lyrics and you never know BAFTA for animation and music genius from a whole new generation of talented little buggers lol.
seriously though i'm on a mission. i have held back too long. it's dawned on me i have a gift. i mean come on 15 years old and i get my first gig at a cartoon studio and still there 5 years later.how many people can proudly say that?worked on shows with alan titchmarsh and stephen fry in them. another credit to my name.i have loads of film ideas....counted about ten i have wrote down in a little book labelled ideas.also got another tv series planned. u know when you have faced what i have over the last year (the depression, etc) and you survive, well it is true what they say: what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and by jove, it seems to have done that to me.
so if in ten years you see me on tv, you know the plumber's son made it .

long time no speak

hey ya everyone on here. long time no post as a lot of u had let me know.don't worry been busily working on new songs..wrote another 300 since i last posted on here but alas not been too gd. though i am getting better. i'm sleeping better now and my eating pattern is less all over the place..though sometimes i still struggle to eat though i am hungry.been missing my uni friends......it's been like three months since i saw any of them...though me and richard have been discussing bands and music on msn so yeh it rocks the socks man. gonna psot some new songs on here soon for all u happy people. but like i said been battling depression, aniexty disorder, a mild eating disorder type thing and a social phobia (had it for like five years) but i'm so proud i have made so much progress and without any medication...though i will start my coginitive behaviour theapry soon (think it is in the fall...so not gonna be fun).
on the plus side, i got low grades in my first yr. how is that gd? it seems to have kicked started my desire to be the best. been practicing photoshop and shit like that as well as watching old animation on utube.com for inspiration. come up with ten film ideas in a month. gonna show those snotty lecturers at uni that i don't need their praise to be the creative thing i know i am. spoke to jenni today and she told me that she still has my artwork from 2 yrs ago of her on her wall still...even gonna take it to her new flat. so sweet and i'm apprently her favourite artist.
been present buying too. got mariana's prez but matt's is proving harder to find. must be something to do with arsenal ..he is such a fan for some reason ...we all know blue is the colour (come on chelsea).hmmm what else? oooooo got two new dwarf rabbits and tehy are cute....one is called luna and the other elcipse...have photos on myspace profile which is [link]
